Very professional!

I do not think I have ever met a more ignorant person in my entire life.

Pricing was ridiculous then they belittled me when I asked a question.

I do not know how you operate a service business with an attitude.

I wouldn't let them provide the rental supplies even if it was free.

Completely useless

First time using D&D Party & Tent Rentals and found their customer service excellent. There was some miscommunication on our end and our staff sent the drivers away after they dropped off the drapes and posts. I called their office and Julia was able to get the drivers to return and do the set up for us. They were also able to accomodate our required pick up time even though it was a last minute notice.
We really appreciate their service and would definitely recommend D&D!!

I just got married in October of 2007 and it was absolutely breathtaking...the people there went out of their way,giving me a couple of little added features like napkins. I had initially orderded the linens, chair covers and complete room draping but skipped the napkins because the napkins at Copper Creek are nice but they ended up giving me the matching napkins to the tablecloth i ordered just to complete the look. A nice touch.

I booked with them not only because they were very competitive with pricing for what I got but more importantly because they came highly referred by 5 of my dearest friends and my florist And my event planner Rose!

Rented a crib and they set it all up for us. Nice solid crib, and they supplied clean sheets. After they came to pick it up and it was easy-peasy.

extremely poor service

initially I was told told I have upto 3 weeks in advance of the event to cancel my order
when I called to cancel suddenly the owner starts threatening me with 25% cancellation fee and accusing me of lying and very very sarcastic
absolutly no respect for customers
i'm not the type to get easily offended and generally don't bother writing internet reviews
but this experience was so bad that I hope others can read this and avoid having to deal with people like these.
there are better party rentals out there who appreciate your money and buissness.

Bobby and his sister Zora are so friendly and professional that it has been a pleasure dealing with them over the years.
They have taken care of all my special events and always go the extra mile to assess and accomodate their clients needs. I've recommended them to my friends an wish them all the success they truly deserve.

Another party rental company had cancelled on me 3 days before my event. A neighbor recommended a place they had used for a company party. I called Main Event and they not only went out of their way to help me put something together, but the equipment was great. They saved my party and I saved money in the end. Won't go anywhere else. I have now used Main Event for my company's holiday party. Customer service is great and they support the Starlight Children's Foundation.

I just had the pleasure of standing in line for an hour with my 3 year old, at our schools Fun Fair, to be disappointed when the "gentleman" running the cut off the air of the inflatable maze and shut it down abruptly with no warning. There was still a huge lineup. My child was hysterical with dissapointment, also quite traumatized by literally watching the ride dismantled in front of her, after she had waited patiently for her turn. Small to an adult maybe, but to a child, quite upsetting. It would have been better if they had given us some warning so that we wouldnt stand in line for nothing. If I attend an event in the future and I see this company, I will surely leave, they won't recieve any more of my money, ever.

  I am completely surprised with the comments about Hart Entertainment. We have used their services for the past 5 years at our school fun fair and will continue to do so for as long as they are in business. They have been nothing but professional, their equipment is in excellent condition and their staff are polite and courteous when dealing with our families. Our event is booked for 3 hours and everyone is aware that the inflatables will be shut down when the event is over. Quite often however, if there are volunteers available, Hart Entertainment will leave an item running while they pack up the other games. I highly recommend them for any school fun fair.
